We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money at any time for any reason. We do require the item to show no signs of wear and be in the original packaging. Just return the item to us in the same conditions it was received in and let us know what the problem was and if you would prefer to exchange the item or request a full refund. Please include your mailing address and phone number so we can meet your needs is as short amount of time as possible. Non-custom orders may be canceled by sending us an email prior to the time of shipment. Since the items have not yet shipped, both the shipping and purchase costs will be fully refunded to the credit card used to purchase.Custom Orders
Due to the unique nature of your self-designed or custom order, we have a stricter returns policy for these items. Please call or e-mail us as soon as you decide you would like to return the item(s) and we will do everything within our power to resolve the situation. In general, we will pay the return shipping and correct defects that arise from the production of the product and re-make or correct the defect. We stand behind the quality of the product. However, since the item was specially made for you at your request, depending on the level of customization, we may provide a full or partial refund or we may not be able to. I’m planning to open my shop again this summer, and to make this dream possible, I need the support of my community and clients.
For that reason, I’ve created a special package featuring some of my best handmade creations.
For $600, you will receive:
- A hand-stitched leather bag, fully customized.
- A pair of customized driving shoes, made in your size, color, and personality.
Or another shoe style available in stock, if preferred — message us to check if we still have your favorite design available in your size.
This package normally exceeds $800 in materials and labor, but this project is about rebuilding, creating again, and opening my own workshop space.
My goal is to gather 60 people who want to support this new beginning. The funds will help me secure a small workspace and invest in the equipment I need to bring my shop back to life.
The first 60 supporters will have their names placed on a permanent plaque in my workshop, to remember that I didn’t start again alone.
Because creating with my hands is not just work — it’s who I am.
