We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money at any time for any reason. We do require the item to show no signs of wear and be in the original packaging. Just return the item to us in the same conditions it was received in and let us know what the problem was and if you would prefer to exchange the item or request a full refund.
